The 16^th Lok Sabha elections would be held in the 4 Parliamentary Constituencies of Himachal Pradesh on single poll day, namely May 7, 2014. Polling will be held at 7,382 polling stations spread across 6,696 polling station locations. Out of the state’s total of 46,74,185 electors as on 9^th January 2014, 12.57% are in the age group 18–25 while women constitute 48.87%. The poll expenditure limit per candidate for all constituencies in the state is Rs.70 lakhs.
