Financial assistance on reimbursement basis is given to micro, small and medium enterprises through the State/Central Government organisations, industry/enterprise associations and registered societies etc associated with the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises according to the International Cooperation Scheme (a Plan Scheme) guidelines with the objective of technology infusion and upgradation of Indian MSMEs as well as their modernisation and promotion of their exports.
